Insurance Agency Marketing Services, Inc. is facing a new proposed class action after a breach of its computer systems exposed personally identifiable information, according to a new federal lawsuit.

Robert Lovell alleges that between March 1, 2024, and May 3, 2024, an unauthorized third party accessed IAMS’s computer network and acquired personally identifiable information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, employer identification numbers, and checking and savings account numbers.
