A former Insomnia Cookies LLC delivery driver will have to arbitrate her wage-and-hour claims after the company used metadata to show she signed an arbitration agreement.

Jennipher Forte alleged that Insomnia Cookies failed to pay tipped workers minimum wage for time spent on non-tipped work.
