Inotiv Settles Investors’ Research Animal Suit for $9 Million

Inotiv Inc. has agreed to pay nearly $9 million to settle investor claims that the drug researcher concealed acquired companies’ animal welfare violations, according to a federal court filing.

The agreement should be given preliminary approval because it’s fair, reasonable, and adequate, the investors told the US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana on Thursday.
