InnovAge Investors Reach Settlement in Suit Over Elder Care IPO

InnovAge Holding Corp. investors have reached a settlement in their IPO-related lawsuit against the geriatric health care company, its underwriters, a private equity firm, and InnovAge board members, including former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R), according to a federal court filing.

The terms of the accord are still being finalized, the parties said in a notice Wednesday to the US District Court for the District of Colorado. The suit alleges false statements in registration documents for the health service company’s initial public offering.
