Innocoll Product Securities Settlement Wins Approval (Correct)

A “relatively modest” $2.75 million settlement between Innocoll Holdings PLC and investors who say it misled them about a pain management product is fair, a federal court said in granting final approval to the deal.

None of the estimated 123 class members objected to the settlement or opted out of it, Judge Gene E.K. Pratter said Oct. 28 for the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

One-third of the total will go toward attorneys’ fees for the plaintiffs’ legal work across five years of litigation.
