Injunction Protecting Texas Resident from Anti-BDS Law Rejected

Texas is free from an injunction preventing it from enforcing a ban on boycotts against Israel against a Texas resident after the Fifth Circuit reversed a lower court ruling Monday.

The case was dismissed without prejudice because the plaintiff couldn’t prove that the attorney general’s office would enforce the anti-boycott, divestiture and sanctions law against the resident’s company, Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit wrote.
