Pride Houston Inc. filed a complaint in federal court alleging that New Faces of Pride Houston Inc. is deliberately infringing its trademarks.
The trademarks at issue are Pride Houston, Houston Pride Festival, Houston Pride Parade, Houston LGBT Pride Celebration, and Pride Houston Celebration.
Both Pride Houston and New Faces of Pride Houston are non-profit organizations that plan, market, and put on social events promoting the LGBTQ community.
