An Ohio man was sentenced to prison related to his actions in orchestrating a $20 million real estate Ponzi scheme and committing tax fraud by filing false tax forms, the US Department of Justice said Friday.
Social media influencer Tyler Bossetti was sentenced to 6 years in prison, according to a press release from the US Attorneys Office for the Southern District of Ohio. Bossetti pleaded guilty in June 2025 to pleaded guilt to his role in the scheme where he received over $23 million from investors.
