Indochino Apparel Fake Pricing Suit Dropped for Good

A California man who alleged Indochino Apparel Inc. tricked buyers of its custom-made suits with fake sales has dismissed his claims, a filing in California federal court says.

Jeffrey Freeman bought a custom suit from Indochino in its San Francisco showroom location. He alleged Indochino promoted substantial discounts, but its custom clothing was always sold at the supposed sale price.

Last year, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers declined to dismiss the proposed class suit, saying consumers could be fooled by ads touting percent-off discounts on the custom-made men’s apparel, and crossed-out original prices.
