Indiana City Must Reconsider ‘All Lives Matter’ Mural Request

A conservative student group at Indiana University that aims to paint an “All Lives Matter” mural on campus won a preliminary ruling requiring the city of Bloomington to explain its application process for murals on public property and allow the group to apply.
