A Christian woman saw her religious bias lawsuit revived against a Michigan in-home medical care company that refused to hire her after she disclosed that she hadn’t received a Covid-19 vaccination.

A lower court wrongly rejected as “naked assertions” the woman’s allegations that she opposed vaccination because of her nondenominational beliefs, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said Wednesday.
