Immigrant Aid Group Sues Administration Over Parole Terminations

The Department of Homeland Security unlawfully terminated the parole status of hundreds of thousands of noncitizens who lawfully entered the US through the Biden-era CBP One app, a proposed class action claims.

The mass parole cancellations violated the Immigration and Nationality Act and DHS regulations that require the agency to consider terminations on a case-by-case basis, the Venezuelan Association of Massachusetts asserted in a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
