Illinois Wrongful-Death Suit Can Proceed Against Goodrich

A federal appeals court on Friday paved the way for an Illinois wrongful-death suit to proceed against tire manufacturer Goodrich, after the state Supreme Court responded to questions the Seventh Circuit had certified to it.
