The Idaho Supreme Court considered Monday if the plaintiffs in a legal malpractice case would see their case revived given questions over whether their main witness was qualified to address standard-of-care issues bearing on the underlying medical malpractice action.
The state high court heard oral argument about whether Julene and William Dodd met their burden to prove that their “case within the case” was viable by presenting admissible expert testimony.
