An Idaho lawyer was hit with sanctions that will temporarily prohibit him from practicing law in the state after a bankruptcy court held that he failed to make proper disclosures and engaged in a pattern of rule violations.
Kameron Youngblood of Idaho Falls represented debtors Louis and Jessica Ellwood in connection with their Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The U.S. Trustee became concerned with Youngbood’s representation of the Ellwoods and moved for sanctions in their and more than 50 other cases.
