IBM, White Male Worker Dismiss Bias Suit Over Staff Diversity

IBM and a White male former consultant agreed to dismiss claims that the company terminated him over race and sex since he didn’t fit into its goal to bolster staff diversity.

The case was dismissed with prejudice on Monday, Judge Hala Y. Jarbou, of the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan, said in a signed order after the parties filed a joint stipulation.
