IBM Tentatively Settles Two Employee Systemic Age Bias Suits (1)

IBM Corp. has tentatively resolved two leading class actions with workers who accused the company of systematically shedding older employees and replacing them with younger workers, New York federal court records show.

Counsel for IBM and the plaintiffs in the two cases filed separate joint letters with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Sept. 10 asking it to stay both lawsuits.
