Hulk Hogan Beer Brand Taken by Ex-Execs, Licensing Company Says

Hulk Hogan-branded “Real American” beer was a concept taken and illegally used by former employees of the licensing company that initially developed the idea, the company alleged in Chicago federal court.

Carma HoldCo’s complaint accuses their former president and board chair, Chad Bronstein, and ex-chief legal and licensing officer, Nicole Cosby, of poaching Hogan for their next venture and using Carma’s branded beer concept for it.
