HP Gets Approval for $10.5 Million Settlement in Stock Drop Case

HP Inc. secured final approval on Friday of a $10.5 million settlement over claims that it made misleading statements about its revenue estimation model.

Judge Susan Ilston affirmed the deal at a virtual hearing on the motion for approval, including a nearly $1.9 million allocation for attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses, representing 18% of the total monetary settlement.
