‘Housewives’ Stars Violated License Agreement, Nail Company Says

A decades-old nail product company, Tammy Taylor, says two cast members on a South Africa-set “Real Housewives” reality show are unlawfully using the Tammy Taylor name to promote and sell nail accessories, retail establishments, and licensing agreements.

Tammy Taylor Nails Inc. filed suit in the US District Court for the Southern District of California on Tuesday, accusing former Tammy Taylor licensees Melany and Peet Viljoen of continuing to use Tammy Taylor’s marks after the license ended.
