Hospital, Ex-CFO End Bias, Retaliation Suit, Federal Judge Says

A discrimination lawsuit against a Pennsylvania hospital brought by its former chief financial officer has been dismissed with prejudice, a federal judge said.

Courtney Coffman, the former CFO of Grand View Health Foundation LLC, sued the company in 2023 claiming her February 2022 termination was in retaliation for complaining roughly two months prior that a comedian who performed at a company retreat disparaged Black people.
