Hoshizaki America, Inc. is suing two companies for infringing on its patented design of double-sided evaporators for ice machines.
The commercial kitchen appliances company alleges that Blue Air FSE LLC sells “various models of icemaking machines, evaporators and evaporator plate assemblies that infringe” Hoshizaki’s patents by incorporating its design into Blue Air products.
