Honeywell Unvaccinated Workers Advance Suit Over Special Rules

A Honeywell International Inc. subsidiary must face a class lawsuit by religious workers who say special conditions that accompanied their Covid-19 vaccine exemptions violated federal anti-discrimination law, a US judge said.

The US District Court for the Western District of Missouri cited recent US Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit precedent in ruling the Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies Inc. employees can go forward with their individual and class failure-to-accommodate claims under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
