Honda, Employees Settle Wage Claims in Kronos Outage Lawsuit

A collective of workers of a Honda Motor Co. subsidiary and the company reached a $2.3 million settlement to resolve their Fair Labor Standard Act lawsuit.

The employees of Honda Development & Manufacturing of America LLC asked Judge Edmund A. Sargus Jr. on Wednesday to grant them preliminary approval of the settlement agreement, according to an unopposed motion in four different suits.
