US Medical Management LLC and VPA PC won dismissal of a False Claims Act suit alleging they billed Medicare for unnecessary doctor visits.
Doctor and whistleblower Joshua Arehart failed to plead fraud claims with adequate detail, Judge Brett H. Ludwig of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin said in a Thursday order, dismissing the suit with prejudice.
