Home Depot Workers Get Early Nod in $1.2 Million Wage Deal

Two former Home Depot Inc. employees can pursue a $1.2 million proposed settlement that resolves their lawsuit over unpaid Covid-19 and security screenings.

Mike Oleski and Rudy Conde can represent two classes of hourly, non-exempt employees while the agreement’s terms are further deliberated, Judge Karoline Mehalchick wrote in a Monday preliminary approval order.
