Hobby Lobby Joins Battle Over Oklahoma Pharmacy Manager Law

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. jumped into a legal battle over an Oklahoma law regulating pharmacy benefit managers, saying there’s “no point” in allowing the state to enforce the law until the U.S. Supreme Court decides whether these types of regulations are permissible.
