A lawsuit against travel marketing platform Sojern over its use of online trackers may include new privacy claims after a federal court previously said the proposed lead plaintiff couldn’t add them.
The Hilton hotel guest suing Sojern can include an intrusion upon seclusion claim, and another claim under the Section 632 California Invasion of Privacy Act—which covers eavesdropping—in an amended complaint, according to an order issued Thursday.
