The US Supreme Court again declined to answer the question of whether copyright plaintiffs can sue over infringement outside of a three-year statute of limitations if they show good reason for not knowing about it.
The justices Monday denied shoe designer Ruthie Davis’ petition appealing the revival of photographer and serial copyright litigator Michael Grecco’s claims against her.
