Henry Ford Health System Sued For Alleged Age Discrimination

An ex-employee has sued Henry Ford Health System for allegedly terminating his employment and hiring a younger, less qualified employee.

Timothy Ryan’s lawsuit alleges violations of federal and state age discrimination laws as well as retaliation under the False Claims Act’s anti-retaliation provision. The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division.
