Healthcare Technology Company Sues Rival Over Namesake Trademark

Telligen, Inc., a healthcare technology services company, is suing a rival, California-based company in federal court for using a nearly identical trademark for similar services.

Telligen alleges Telligens Technologies LLC is willfully infringing its family of “Telligen” marks associated with health care services. Telligen has operated for more than 50 years and owns at least six federal trademark registrations with at least three of them declared incontestable, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
