Community Health Network Inc. and workers who say it failed to pay them on time after a cyberattack disrupted third-party timekeeping system Kronos asked a federal judge to approve their multimillion-dollar settlement.
The health-care system agreed to a settlement worth nearly $5.2 million for the benefit of approximately 16,500 people who make up the state-law class and Fair Labor Standards Act collective, according to a memo the workers filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on Thursday in support of their final settlement approval bid.
