Harvard Must Face Suit Over Professor’s Harassment, Retaliation

Harvard University must defend a lawsuit by three women who say their studies and career prospects were harmed when it ignored a male anthropology professor’s harassment of female students and related retaliation.

Margaret Czerwienski, Lilia Kilburn, and Amulya Mandava are doctoral students in the university’s anthropology department and allegedly were the victims of world-renowned Prof. John Comaroff’s abusive behavior, the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts said.
