A long-time Harvard Medical School instructor of psychiatry claims his appointment was wrongfully terminated after he was ousted from practicing at Mass General Brigham over his Covid-19 vaccine mandate accommodation request.
James Wines brought a lawsuit against Harvard, claiming the medical school violated contractual obligations by dismissing him over his “controversial minority viewpoint related to Covid-19 vaccines.” The lawsuit was filed Nov. 8 in the Massachusetts Superior Court, Norfolk County.
