Halo Innovations Baby Bassinet Dangerously Tilts, Lawsuit Says

Halo Innovations Inc., an infant sleep product maker, was hit with a proposed class action alleging it knowingly sold bassinets that tilted and were unsafe for babies.

The company advertises its BassiNest Flex as a flat sleep surface that meets the highest standards for quality and safety, but the product’s design causes babies to roll on to their sides or into the mesh siding, the complaint filed June 7 in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York says.
