Hair Clinic Copied Jon Hamm, Hugh Jackman Photos, Suit Says

Two photographers are suing a hair restoration clinic for allegedly distributing pictures of Jon Hamm and Hugh Jackman for commercial purposes without their permission.

Through their licensing agency August Image LLC, Joe Pugliese and Sebastian Kim sued Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration for copyright infringement after the clinic displayed photos they own without consent. The clinic used the photos of the famous actors on their website to display before and after pictures of hair restoration, according to the complaint filed in the US District for the Central District of California.
