H&R Block Inc. has reached an agreement to end litigation over a 2024 data breach that exposed the personal information of more than 23,000 people.

Judge Stephen R. Bough ordered the parties to file a stipulation of dismissal or a joint status report in each case within 30 days, and denied the company’s motions to compel arbitration without prejudice.
