GW University, Ex-Tennis Player Agree to Dismiss Bias Suit

George Washington University and a former tennis player have agreed to the dismissal of his racial discrimination lawsuit alleging bullying by coaches and disparate treatment undermined his educational experience.

Both parties stipulated to the dismissal with prejudice Tuesday in a letter submitted to the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

It is unclear whether Jabari Stafford and GWU have reached an agreement to resolve the suit, although there was a settlement conference on May 10. Neither party could be immediately reached for comment.
