Great Harvest Franchising Inc. alleges in a complaint filed in federal court that a pair of former franchisees are still using its trademarks days after they failed to renew their franchise agreement.
Great Havest’s complaint, which was filed Monday, accuses Gregory Green and his wife, Kimberly Green, of federal and state trademark infringement, breach of contract, false designation of origin, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and violations of various Montana business laws — including misappropriation of trade secrets in violation of state law.
