Grand Canyon University and a whistleblower alleging the university obtained federal government funding by failing to disclose violations of the Higher Education Act have settled their dispute, a federal judge said.
The parties reached a settlement and have until July 2024 to request reinstatement on the court’s trial calendar, Judge Dominic W. Lanza, of the US District Court for the District of Arizona, said in an order Friday dismissing the case.
