The last plaintiff remaining in a proposed class action alleging Wakefern Food Corp.deceptively advertises the amount of whole grains in its graham crackers filed a stipulation for dismissal Wednesday.
Judge Philip M. Halpern of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the claims and closed the case the same day.
