Government Gets Suit Over Public Access to DOGE Records Tossed

President Donald Trump and the Department of Government Efficiency escaped a lawsuit accusing them of using “unchecked secrecy” and influence to help enable massive cuts to the federal government.

Citizens Against Donald Trump Inc. failed to “plausibly plead entitlement to relief” under the Administrative Procedure Act, Judge Stephen R. Clark of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri said Thursday, granting the government’s motion to permanently dismiss the case.
