Google’s $7 Million Invalid Ad Click Settlement Gets Final Nod

Alphabet Inc.'s Google LLC and advertisers secured a federal judge’s final approval for a $7 million class deal resolving allegations that it failed to issue full refunds after determining some ad clicks were invalid.

The advertisers, who pay Google every time an internet user clicks on an ad, sued in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
