Google LLC won a court order preventing a Russian media company from compelling the tech giant to restore its Google account, after a Russian court ordered the company to do so.

Google is likely to show NAO Tsargrad Media violated the forum selection clause in Google’s terms of service by suing in Russia, and the terms implied that parties can’t enforce a judgment that violated the forum clause, Judge Edward J.
