Google Wants Out of Flo Health Period Tracker Privacy Lawsuit

Google LLC urged a federal judge to grant it summary judgment in a lawsuit accusing Flo Health Inc., the maker of a popular period and fertility tracking app, of sharing user data with the tech giant and with Facebook.

Plaintiffs allege Flo systematically collected, disclosed, and commercially exploited millions of women’s reproductive health with three of the largest digital advertising and analytics companies: Google, Meta Platforms Inc., and Yahoo-owned Flurry Inc.
