Google, Flo App Data Privacy Settlement Sees Likely Approval

Google LLC and Flo Health Inc.'s multi-million dollar data privacy settlements with users of the popular menstrual tracking app will likely get initial approval by a California federal court.

Judge James Donato at a hearing Thursday said he was fine with the overall settlement plans, which amount to a $48 million payout from Google and an $8 million payout from Flo to be distributed to around 12 million Flo users across the nation.
