Well-known former US Supreme Court litigator Tom Goldstein received the court’s permission to move out of the home he shares with his estranged wife pending his sentencing on tax- and loan-related offenses.
His March 27 motion to modify the conditions of his release told the court the time had come for him to move out of the home. He suggested moving in to a local apartmentor moving in with his father and step-mother in South Carolina. Judge Lydia Kay Griggsby opted for the former in a Thursday order.
