Goldstein Gets Court Permission to Attend Kid’s Graduation in UK

Tom Goldstein, the well-known high court advocate accused of cheating on his taxes and lying to mortgage lenders, has been granted permission to travel to Oxford, England, to attend his child’s high school graduation there.

Pretrial services had already given Goldstein the green light, and prosecutors didn’t object. While abroad, he will check in daily, via FaceTime, with Pretrial Services. He will also “be subject to the third-party custody of his wife throughout the entirety of his trip,” the US District Court for the District of Maryland’s May 10 order said.
