GM Brass Slow Walked Self-Driving Disclosures, Holder Suit Says

General Motors Co.’s directors and top executives allegedly concealed safety issues related to autonomous vehicles and airbags for more than a year before casualties related to both products became publicly known in October, a shareholder complaint says.

The suit follows a proposed class action filed last month with similar claims against the company and executives, marking another legal challenge related to the automaker’s safety and technology issues.
