Glow Networks Owes Workers $72 Million for Race Bias, Reprisal

Nine Black Glow Networks Inc. employees and a White co-worker can keep all $70 million a jury awarded them for race discrimination and retaliation plus an additional $2.4 million in prejudgment interest, a Texas federal judge ruled.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas jury returned the verdict against the wireless, wireline, and optical networking solutions provider on Feb. 18 following a 10-day trial, according to the case docket.
